Warranty at a Glance
General Terms
Bold Outdoors LLC offers a limited warranty on labor and materials, provided proper care and maintenance are followed. Coverage excludes damage from environmental conditions, improper care, or external factors. All warranties are non-transferable, require full payment, and must be submitted in writing for review.

All shrubs and perennials are warranted for the full cost of labor and materials for 1 year from installation. This warranty does not apply to groundcovers, rhododendrons, azaleas, or nandina.
Most trees are warranted for the full cost of labor and materials for 6 months from installation. Flowering dogwoods are excluded. Deciduous trees 3 inches or larger, multi-trunk clump trees 10 feet or larger, and evergreens 8 feet or larger are covered at 50% of labor and material replacement cost. Replacements requested after 6 months but within 1 year may be covered at 50%.
Because of the physical nature and viability of grass seed and sod, there is no expressed or implied warranty on seed germination rates, coverage, or sod survivability after installation.
Annual flowers depend on environmental factors outside our control, so no warranty applies to this category of plants.
New irrigation systems and repairs are warranted for 1 year from installation under normal use. Damage caused by weather, machines, people, or animals is excluded and may be repaired on a labor-and-materials basis. Repairs caused by homeowner controller changes are also billable.
There is no implied or expressed warranty for drainage work and no guarantee against water leakage into buildings. Drainage systems are intended to improve water dispersal, but water movement is affected by many conditions outside the system.
Block retaining walls installed by Bold Outdoors LLC are covered for 1 year against faulty workmanship, including installation settling that occurs through no fault of the customer.
Concrete paver patios, driveways, and pathways installed by Bold Outdoors LLC are covered for 1 year against faulty workmanship, including installation settling that occurs through no fault of the customer.
Materials used in outdoor living areas—including fire pits, fireplaces, grills, appliances, and shade structures—are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Bold Outdoors workmanship is covered for 1 year, including installation settling through no fault of the customer.
Materials are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Workmanship is covered for 1 year from installation. Outdoor fixture bulbs, wire damage, animal damage, and acts of God are excluded.
